What unfolded at Loft Basel was more than an event—it was a full-scale cultural moment. From the moment doors opened, the building filled wall to wall, setting the tone for a night driven by creativity, connection, and undeniable energy.

Retail & The City activated the space with a live installation led by Shakira Hunt, featuring her “Give Myself Flowers” activation—an intimate, affirming experience that invited attendees to pause, reflect, and engage beyond the surface. It was personal, intentional, and perfectly aligned with the spirit of the night.

Downstairs, Sondae Service’s Paint & Sip edition carried the momentum with a packed room and a constant flow of movement. Special guest Ryan Foxx joined the experience alongside DJ Domunique, whose sound selection kept the space vibrating well into the night. The blend of art-making, music, and conversation turned the room into a living canvas.

Inside the Socially Wasted Loft, the energy reached its peak. The space was jam-packed with exclusive collaborations, new releases, and Artist Series merch—each piece translating visual art into wearable form. Creators and supporters pulled in from New York, Maryland, Philadelphia, and DC, turning the loft into a regional crossroads for culture and collaboration.

Every floor, every room, every corner of the building felt connected. The synergy throughout the night was undeniable—artists supporting artists, brands showing up with intention, and everyone fully present in the moment.
Loft Basel wasn’t just one for the books—it set a new standard. A reminder that when art, fashion, retail, and people align authentically, the result is something you can feel long after the doors close.
